I want to make sure many people are aware as possible of the lies being said in this company after providing photos of the damage items they told me they have raised the claim with the courier and that I should return the remaining items back to them for a refund since they have told me that they had raised the claim with the courier it is only right to say that they have raised the claim to obtain the funds for the items that were damaged which would be the full amount however after sending the items back and then giving me a partial refund they then go to lie to me and say the photographic evidence that I provided was not sufficient. This now means that they are given contradicting information regarding the situation so they are either lying and have said that so that they can obtain the funds back from the courier and take my money as well or that they didn’t put in a claim and had lied regardless of which one it is, they have lied in this situation and not looking to take no accountability which is hundred percent wrong from a small business a professional business a large business this is wrong you cannot tell me two different pieces of information especially all of this being sent by one agent is criminal enough I will not stop until everyone’s aware of the things that go in this company because it is not right for a customer to go through this
Salah has put in a claim against the courier for the damaged goods. The damaged goods are in total of £284 therefore even if the seller request me to return the items that are able to be returned whatever I return should not affect the refund as the whole point of the claim is to obtain the amount for the damage goods now after returning the goods the seller has taken £90 out of the return Because of the item sent back now that is not accurate because if the seller now wins the claim against the courier they will now be in surplus of £90 as they would have received the initial refund for the items originally plus the £90 that’s remain from my refund that is not ethically Good for a company to do so nor is it professional if they have told me that they made a claim in which was not successful however in goodwill they are want to refund that is a different situation however they have sent me email confirmation saying that they have raised the case with the Delivery company so that being said since they have raised the claim and they requested for me to send all angles of specific photos that they wanted therefore they are looking to claim the full amount and if that is the case then they are taking advantage of me by taking my money on top of the full amount claim
It seems like the company like to respond urgently to reviews but take a long time to respond to my emails. Does it make sense to anymore that cork lids , not even led cork lids standard ones can cost £25 for 2 does that even sound right to anyone . Further to that I literally explained I salvaged what u could and put it back into the bag and now ur claiming it’s because I used it, well if you have proof that I supposedly used it then you can provide that . If not don’t be making assumptions and don’t you dare lie about saying you couldn’t raise a claim with courier even when you told me that you was able to. This is a small business but lack professionalism and it shows next time try actually committing fire rlly rather than in a review page. Definitely shows a level of professionalism, and the fact you still haven’t responded to my email sums it up really .
This company is full of thieves , I received two damaged terrariums I provided sufficient photos etc, due to the mess created I had to bin and salvage what I could , upon all that I was told to return the diy kit, in which was smashed so I done so and salvaged what I could and returned it back , since 2 corks and 4 plants were missing and that because I opened the bags to put back the spilt content they want to try charge me 25£ for two corks in which corks don’t ever cost near that much so they are trying to take advantage of my money and then want me to pay for a whole brand new diy set worth 64.99. Totally up to £90 being taken out of my refund , absolute thieves do not buy if you want a peace of mind

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed, but we feel it is important to clarify several key facts that were not reflected in your review.
First of all, despite multiple requests, you were unable to provide clear photos showing the broken terrarium glass. The images you sent showed only small fragments, not the full extent of the damage. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to open a claim with our courier, who requires complete photographic evidence of the damage.
Secondly, the items you returned were incomplete and in used condition. You did not return the four plants, and both cork lids were missing, despite our clear instructions. The DIY Kit itself had been opened, with packaging seals broken and contents partially missing.
You later claimed the kit was damaged by broken glass from the other terrarium. However, the DIY Kit is always packed in a separate, reinforced internal box specifically to avoid this. The return box, in which you received all the components, showed no external damage, which confirms the contents inside were not affected during transit. Moreover, you never reported any damage to the DIY Kit upon delivery, nor did you provide any images of such damage — this concern was raised only after we requested the kit to be returned, which naturally raised concerns.
Despite all this, we offered a fair and transparent refund, deducting only for the missing and unsellable items. The values deducted reflect our normal pricing, which we apply consistently across all customer returns.
In total, just under 30% of the original order value was deducted — specifically for missing plants, cork lids, and used components. The remaining 70% has already been refunded, which reflects a fair and transparent resolution based on the items we received.
Over the course of two weeks, we received more than 130 emails from you, which made communication extremely difficult and added unnecessary pressure to the resolution process. Still, we responded with patience, professionalism, and a genuine intent to resolve the situation fairly.
Calling our company “thieves” is not only untrue — it is entirely unfair. We are a small business that works hard to support our customers with care and honesty. We are happy to resolve genuine issues, but we also have to protect ourselves from incomplete or inconsistent returns.
