I was initially concerned as to how something as fragile as a terrarium would be delivered by DPD but I have to say it was extremely well packaged, with inflated small bags inside to ensure everything was in the right place. The terrarium looks exactly as in the photos.

This was a gift and was well received. It looks lovely, is really good quality and just like the website photo. The recipient had great fun assembling it and is delighted. The packaging was superb and all was intact.It did go missing during delivery and was not received on the named day despite the delivery charge add on.

I ordered a terrarium as a gift for my husbands newly done office but the first ordered got damaged in transit. I sent an email to customer service and spoke to Anna who was able to send out another terrarium to me in a matter of days with extra package. Thank you Anna for the great customer service
